  • DESMOND CARRICK STUDIO SALE AT WHYTE’S

    A studio sale of artist Desmond Carrick, who died in 2012, will be held at Whyte’s, Molesworth St., Dublin on December 6 at noon. The catalogue lists 171 works by this Dublin born artist who studied under Sean Keating and Maurice McGonigal at the NCAD. He served as secretary of the Royal Hibernian Academy from 1968 to 1982. It will be followed at 3 p.m. by a Christmas art and collectibles sale.  The catalogue is online. Here is a small selection:
