More than 250 of the world’s most prestigious dealers are preparing to travel to Maastricht for The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF) this month. The fair, which brings curators and major collectors to Holland annually, runs from March 14 to March 23. It is divided into sections such as paintings, antiques, modern and contemporary design, classical antiquities, haute joallerie and paper.
TEFAF’s ground-breaking vetting system involves no fewer than 175 international experts in 29 different categories, who examine every work of art for quality, authenticity and condition.
