    This 1960’s sideboard with shelf gallery back, shaped drawer handles and metal legs by the Italian design master Gianfranco Frattini is lot 62 at de Veres timed online summer auction which runs until June 23. The estimate is €800-1,400. The auction offers design pieces by Missoni, Niels Vodder, Charles and Ray Eames and more. Included in the auction are Irish artworks by Markey Robinson, Cecil Maguire, Desmond Carrick and many more across 230 lots.

    This Italian rosewood credenza dates to the 1960’s and comes up at de Veres timed summer online art and design auction which runs until July 24. It was designed by Gianfranco Frattini for internationally renowned La Permanente Mobili Cantù with shelf gallery back above drawers with shaped handles, on metal legs. The estimate is 600-900. The auction of over 150 lots offers a selection of art along with furniture, lamps, mirrors and collectibles by renowned designers.

    This rosewood c1960 Model 530 desk by Gianfranco Frattini for Bernini is lot 17 at de Veres art and design auction which runs online until May 24. The sale is on view from today in Dublin. The desk is estimated at 1,500-2,500. The sale features Danish and Italian furniture and lighting by some of the major designers of the 20th Century including Arne Vodder, Arne Jacobsen, Finn Juhl, Niels Moller, le Corbusier, major labels Desede, Roche Bobois, B + B Italia and Cassina. There is art by Felim Egan, Robert Ballagh, Martin Gale, Terry Frost, Barrie Cooke, William Crozier and a variety of other artists.

    CLASSIC 20TH CENTURY DESIGN AT DE VERES

    The sale of classic 20th century design & contemporary furniture at de Veres in Dublin on the evening of April 25 will feature Danish and Italian pieces from the 1950’s and ’60’s.  It includes work by makers Arne Jacobsen and Gianfranco Frattini.  A set of six c1925 Art Deco dining chairs by Gaetano Borsani is estimated at 3,000-5,000. Sculpture on offer includes work by F.E. MacWilliam and art includes work by Felim Egan, Pauline Bewick, Richard Gorman and Makiko Nakamura.  The venue for the sale is the Royal College of Physicians on Kildare Street and viewing takes place at de Veres at 35 Kildare St.  The catalogue with 159 lots is online.
