    WATERCOLOUR SOCIETY OF IRELAND 165th ANNUAL EXHIBITION

    The 165th annual exhibition of The Watercolour Society of Ireland opens at Farmleigh House, Phoenix Park, Dublin on September 30 and runs to October 13. The show is sponsored by the Office of Public Works which has opened The Gallery in Farmleigh House in addition to the Cowshed Gallery to facilitate a much larger exhibition this year. There is work by around 120 artists from throughout Ireland and overseas.

    164TH ANNUAL EXHIBITION OF WATERCOLOUR SOCIETY OF IRELAND

    Farmleigh House in Phoenix Park, Dublin is the venue for the 164th annual exhibition of the Water Colour Society of Ireland from today until September 30.   On show at the Cowshed Gallery are works by 120 contemporary Irish artists. The exhibition features more than 200 paintings in watercolour, gouache and pastels as well as drawings and limited edition prints.  Here is a small selection:
