    A TWO DAY SALE AT SHEPPARDS IN DURROW

    The two day sale at Sheppards in Durrow, Co. Laois on Tuesday, June 30 and Wednesday July 1 offers much of interest to collectors.  The auction includes contents from Glenmalire House, Laois.  The catalogue cover lot is a pair of Regency faux bamboo elbow chairs in the Brighton Pavilion manner, estimated at 1,500-2,500.  There are mirrors, artwork, antique furniture including Irish 18th century pieces, Oriental porcelain and furniture, silver and jewellery among more than 1,200 lots.
