  • A SHOW OF SCULPTURE AT BONHAMS IN DUBLIN

The work of Cork based sculptor Don Cronin is highlighted at an exhibition at Bonhams on Molesworth St., Dublin until July 4. The exhibition, held in conjunction with the Cork based art dealers Artistic Alliance, is part of Bonhams continuing commitment to support living artists in Ireland.

Don Cronin graduated from Crawford College of Art and Design in 1994 and works from his studio near Innishannon Co. Cork. He operates in both public and private spheres and his distinctive sculpture appears in collections in France, the USA, the UK and Ireland. He has produced work on commission under the Per Cent for Art Scheme from Cork, Kerry, Mayo, Leitrim, Tipperary and Limerick County Councils.  Here are two examples of his work in situ.
