A Georgian dining table was the top lot at Sheppards sale in Durrow this week. It made 14,000. A pair of Irish 18th century knife urns attributed to William Moore made 10,400, a portrait of Henry Grattan by James Petrie sold for 9,600, a Louis XVI marble and ormolu mounted revolving dial clock c1780 made 9,000 and a Chinese Qing period ivory brushpot sold for 8,500.
